Proposals for Reform are observations written by noteworthy men and published in 2009. This book sends out the question of reform. Immigration should not be dependent on numerous clerks, where paperwork is passed on, lost or forgotten. Andrew Schoenholtz was a keynote speaker at the 9th Immigration conference at Georgetown University this year and a member of their faculty. His studies are in the root causes of forced migration, refugee protection, long-term solutions to mass migration emergencies, and humanitarian relief operations. If we are to advance as a society, we need to clearly identify the concerns and discuss viable solutions for the good of all people.
